Young kids are sometimes so picky in the food they eat. They prefer sweet food rather than nutritious one. Most parents find it hard to force their kids eating the healthy foods. Well, it doesn’t have to happen to you if you encourage your kids to eat the healthy foods in the early age. You can cook nutritious food and get them used to with the food. You should introduce them with new textures and various tastes so that they can accept any kind of food when they grow up. Here I will tell you about a recipe of nutritious food for your baby. It is the first vegetables for baby.

There are some ingredients that you should prepare for the baby’s healthy food including one teaspoon of olive oil, one large carrot, one potato, one tablespoon of fresh or frozen peas, two tablespoon of frozen sweet corn kernels, and four tablespoon of water. Before starting cooking the food, you need to peel and chop the carrot and potato. Once you have all the ingredients ready, you can start the cooking process.

The first step is to heat the olive oil in a small pan. Add the carrot in the pan and fry it until it turns soft for about 5 minutes. The next step is to add the potato, peas, and sweet corn to the pan. Add with water and stir to mix all of the ingredients. After that, reduce the heat when the water is boiled. Then cover and simmer it in around 15 minutes. Don’t forget to stir the mixture to avoid sticking on the pan. The last step is to puree by pushing it using a liquidizer. You can also add water if you like a thinner consistency. Now, you can serve the healthy first vegetable for your baby.
